1 medium baking potato 2 Tb. grated cheese 2 Tb. salsa
Cut the potato in half and place in the Range Mate pot cut sides down, microwave for 7 minutes. Top with the cheese and microwave for another 30 seconds. Remove to a plate garnish with the salsa and serve.
